Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Condition

Items must be in the same condition you received them: unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Email contact@nalam.eu with your order number and item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll reply with return instructions and a return authorization.

Return shipping

Unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product, customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend a trackable service; we’re not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damages & issues

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately at contact@nalam.eu if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right. For approved claims, we’ll cover return/replacement shipping.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Made-to-order or personalized items (custom sizes, monogrammed, etc.)
  • Sealed health/beauty products once the seal is broken after delivery
  • Gift cards
    If you’re unsure whether your item is returnable, email us before ordering.

Exchanges

For the fastest service, return the item and place a new order once your return is approved.

EU right of withdrawal (14 days)

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason. To exercise this right, email contact@nalam.eu within 14 days. Items must meet the condition requirements above.

  • For EU withdrawals, we do not charge a restocking fee.
  • You are responsible for return shipping for change-of-mind returns (as stated above).
  • We may reduce the refund to reflect any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what’s necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Refunds

We’ll notify you when we receive and inspect your return. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days (we may wait until we receive the goods or proof of return). Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
